1:1 Sessions

Our Space

 Each 1:1 session is a 90-minute experience held in a private, serene setting—either in my dedicated space at Anytime Fitness Crawley or a location of your choice. Throughout the session, a custom-crafted aromatherapy blend is gently diffused to enhance relaxation and presence. After each session, you’ll receive a personalized one-week program designed to support your growth and evolution beyond the mat.


This is more than yoga. It’s an investment in your energy, your peace, and your transformation—a luxurious, intentional pause just for you.

 Pranayama is the practice of conscious breath control. Through specific breathing techniques, we regulate the life force (prana) within the body, calming the mind, clearing energetic blockages, and creating a deeper connection between breath and awareness.

 Dhyana is meditation—a state of deep stillness, focus, and inner observation. It’s where the practice turns inward, allowing you to access clarity, intuition, and a profound sense of peace. Over time, Dhyana becomes not just a practice, but a way of being.
